Join the Office of Graduate Admissions for a "masterclass" where Assistant Professor in the Engineering Management & Systems Engineering (EMSE) Department and Director of the Data Analytics Master's program, John Helveston, will present how he uses Cojoint Analysis, a market research technique, to design survey experiments and build models to predict consumer choices. Professor Helveston uses this technique in his research informing policy on consumer adoption of emerging technologies, like electric vehicles and solar panels. He also teaches the technique in a course he offers in the EMSE department, and he has also authored several R packages supporting experiment design and model estimation.
