Dr. Aviv’s research on smart phone passwords is mentioned in Fast Company

Dr. Adam Aviv was quoted in the July 15 Fast Company article, “This technique was supposed to replace passwords. Turns out it’s surprisingly easy to hack,” which looks at research that he and his co-authors conducted on the security of LG’s knock codes.

Dr. Caliskan receives DARPA grant

DARPA Habitus Program has awarded Dr. Aylin Caliskan a 42-month, $330,000 grant to generate self-sustaining artificial intelligence models in low-resource languages that can automatically convert implicit collective associations and information to explicit knowledge.
