The National Security Agency has awarded Ms. Elyse Nicolas a grant to host The GenCyber GW Middle School Girls Cybersecurity Camp during summer 2022

The National Security Agency has awarded Ms. Elyse Nicolas (CS) a grant to host The GenCyber GW Middle School Girls Cybersecurity Camp, a 5 day virtual day-camp for 32 middle school girls during summer 2022. Ms. Nicolas is the principal investigator (PI) on the grant. This summer camp will be available to girls living in the Greater Washington DC area. It will be positioned between interesting pre and post camp virtual activities. The hope is to engage campers in computing activities, ignite interest in technology and cybersecurity, as well as provide developmental career and college ready learning experiences in a creative learning environment with a fun, engaging, inspiring, and comfortable community.
